    The Resistance Gym is a barbell club style fitness space, with inclusion, adaptability, and community, at the core.

    We offer monthly memberships and daily drop ins. No contracts.

    CALLING ALL POWERLIFTERS! COMPETITIVE LIFTERS, EQUIPPED LIFTERS, LIFTERS WHO NEED A SPOT, SOME HYPE, OR HELP GETTING YOUR KNEE SLEEVES OFF!

    Looking for a little one on one? Spend some time with one of our Coaches. We offer in-person and virtual private coaching and individual programming!

  • youth lifting

    Thank you for your interest in the Youth Lifting Club! We have been successfully coaching youth in strength training and conditioning since 2020.

    *ages 9-16

    Our youth lifting program is 6 weeks of strength training, followed by a mock meet, so that the youth can show their strengths and improve their confidence.
