The Resistance Gym is An inclusive, accessible space to lift weight!
The Resistance is a trans owned gym, established in 2020. This is a barbell club style facility, in the SF East Bay Area. We are anti-fitness culture, by design and the space was curated for marginalized bodies. We acknowledge that we are on the traditional land of the Miwok, Muwekma, and Confederated Villages of Lisjan People.
